Our team at Peak Bridges has extensive management and advisory experience for corporates and investment funds with over US$3trn in aggregate market capitalisation and AuM, leading and advising on a wide range of corporate initiatives.
We have helped create significant shareholder value through initiatives that include M&A structuring and operational execution, capital raising, business ventures, partnerships, financings, recapitalisations and strategic investments among others.
LEADERSHIP TEAM

Nate Tan, Managing Partner
PEAK BRIDGES
Nate oversees the strategic direction of Peak Bridges and works closely with clients to create and execute bespoke solutions suitable for their organisations, competitive landscape and market environment.
Prior to Peak Bridges, Nate was Managing Director at UOB Group and Chief Commercial Officer of UOB TMRW Digital Group. His responsibilities centered on UOB Group’s commercial transformation efforts within the digital economy, which included leading Group-wide strategic partnerships and the business expansion of UOB Group’s digital banking operations across Southeast Asia.
Prior to UOB, Nate was an investment banker at JPMorgan, UBS and HSBC, leading the regional financial institutions practice for over a decade. During that time, he advised on M&A, capital markets and other strategic corporate transactions in Southeast Asia, with more than 50 completed transactions worth over US$40bn.
Earlier in his career, Nate was a public policy officer in Singapore’s Ministry of Finance with a focus on retirement, labour and financial sector development policies. Nate holds a Master of Finance from Princeton University and a BSc (summa cum laude) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.

Si Hui Chan, Partner
PEAK BRIDGES
Si Hui oversees the strategic transactions advisory, investments and partnerships functions for Peak Bridges. She is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in public & private market investing, portfolio management, as well transaction structuring.
At Temasek for over 17 years, Si Hui held senior roles leading global investment teams focused on the financial services, transportation and logistics sectors and successfully drove strategic shifts in the portfolio. She has deep experience working with companies across various stages of the lifecycle, from launching startups to nurturing growth companies and supporting publicly listed blue-chip companies. Si Hui has also held multiple Board Director / Observer positions on behalf of Temasek and worked closely with boards and senior management to drive strategic decision making and value creation.
Prior to Temasek, Si Hui was at DBS Bank's Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory team where she worked on a diverse range of public and private transactions, particularly in the Real Estate, Consumer and Manufacturing sectors.
Earlier in her career, Si Hui was at PSA Corporation, Singapore Terminals' CEO Office where her responsibilities included formulating the business strategy and budget. She also helped develop and execute the organisation's restructuring and transformation plans. Si Hui holds a Master of Engineering and Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge, UK.

Merissa Wong, Managing Director
PEAK BRIDGES
Merissa leads Peak Bridges’ corporate development engagements and corporate finance execution functions. Merissa was formerly co-head of CIMB Group's Group Corporate Finance, where she led various acquisitions, reorganisation and divestments across Southeast Asia. Her role included advising senior management and the Board on investments and corporate development initiatives, leading corporate finance transactions, and managing ongoing portfolio governance and oversight of regional investments.
During her time in CIMB, Merissa was also a member of the Board of Directors for several of the Group’s subsidiaries and associates. Prior to her role in Group Corporate Finance, Merissa was an investment banker with CIMB Investment Bank, and was involved in various equity capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, and corporate restructurings.
Merissa is a CFA® charterholder, holds an MBA from Peking University and National University of Singapore, and graduated from RMIT University, Australia with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Economics and Finance.
